OKOKF Tools

OKF Validator

Checks OKF v0.2 conformance only. Missing descriptions, broken links, and missing index files are never conformance errors — they show up as warnings or recommendations instead.

Nothing loaded yet. Files are parsed entirely in your browser and never uploaded anywhere.

Load a bundle above to get started — or click "Load sample" to try it instantly.

What counts as a conformance error?

Per the OKF v0.2 specification, a concept file must be UTF-8 Markdown, begin with parseable YAML frontmatter, and declare a non-empty type. Unknown types and custom fields are always valid — OKF Tools never invalidates a bundle for using a type or field the specification didn't anticipate.

Everything else — recommended fields like title or description, broken links, missing index files — is quality guidance, not a specification requirement. Run the OKF Linter for stricter, configurable checks.
