Refer to the official Open Knowledge Format specification (published by Google Cloud) as the authoritative source of truth for the format itself — every conformance rule in this app is verified against it directly.

Product principle

The app keeps three layers separate everywhere:

• Layer 1 — OKF Conformance. Does the bundle follow the official specification?
• Layer 2 — OKF Quality. Is the bundle well structured, sourced, linked and maintained?
• Layer 3 — AI Readiness. Is the knowledge likely to be easy for AI systems and agents to consume?

A bundle can be valid OKF but low quality and poorly maintained — that distinction stays visible, never merged into one ambiguous score.

Privacy

Parsing, validation, linting, diffing, statistics, migration, and security scanning run entirely in your browser. Server-side processing is used only for website crawling and optional AI-assisted generation, and is called out explicitly wherever it happens.
